This project involved documenting the vibrant Gawai Parade 2023, with a specific focus on the troop from Betong Division. Through event photography, the goal was to capture the energy, cultural pride, and traditional attire of the participants as they marched along the Kuching Waterfront.

An annual celebration in conjunction with Hari Gawai, the parade brought together participants from all over Sarawak, each proudly showcasing their unique Dayak heritage through traditional costumes and performances. Witnessing and documenting the diverse tribal attire and cultural expressions made this project a visually enriching experience.
