About>

Hi, I’m Jee—a photographer based in Sarawak, Borneo, with over a decade of experience capturing the world through my lens. My journey into photography was fueled by curiosity and a fascination with documenting time. There’s something magical about looking at old photographs and imagining the stories behind them, and that passion drives my work to this day.

I specialize in documentary, event, and performing arts photography, focusing on raw, unposed moments that tell authentic stories. Street photography is my personal project—a way to record the people, events, and places around me, capturing life as it unfolds.

"What I capture today becomes a window for tomorrow—a glimpse into the moments that define our time."

My approach is simple: I let the scene play out naturally and strive to preserve its essence. Whether I’m photographing people and their crafts or exploring unique moments, my goal is to convey raw emotions and immerse viewers in the scene.

Photography has opened doors to incredible places and introduced me to fascinating people whose stories deserve to be told. Through my work, I hope to connect with clients and collaborators who share a vision for documentary and performing arts projects.

When I’m not behind the camera (which is rare!), I enjoy cooking and exploring new recipes. Oh, and if you spot a cat in one of my photos, you’ll know I couldn’t resist capturing it!

Let’s create something meaningful together—feel free to reach out!
